Zaytinya
The opening of Zaytinya marks the second evolution of this space, a continuation of our 5-year partnership with W Hotel. This time, a collaboration with José Andrés Group and Rockwell Group, an exciting opportunity to shape a planting design that enhances the Mediterranean inspired restaurant.
Deep blue planters lined with lush evergreens define the restaurant’s perimeter, offering both privacy and visual impact. Interior plantings complement the contemporary architecture through sculptural trees and layered greenery, providing movement and softness throughout.
